Arkansas State Police charger*
Dear Friends,
The Arkansas Lottery Commission is seeking “police powers”.
Basically, they want to be able to certify members of their staff as law enforcement officers.
Well, I and many others have some serious concerns with that.

WOW! And so subtle. The AG’s office should be tasked with oversight of the Lottery Commission. I can’t think of a better scenario to breed incestuous corruption in an agency handling hundreds of millions of dollars! Fight this at a grassroots level.
